Quality or Quantity?
Over the years, we have been told by so many dealers that recruiters come into their store and draw in many people for the job fair because they needed to justify their cost. Many times, they force these applicants on the dealer. When these employees fail, the dealer says, “these were the worst employees ever!” to the recruiter. The recruiter signs them up for another hiring blitz and after a few weeks these employees are gone as well. The dealer isn’t happy. He contacts the recruiter and expresses his displeasure and the recruiter blames the dealer, “you really need a better training program!
