Anthony Rhoades is originally from the Midwest United States and through his career has been relocated throughout the country. He loves spending time with his two young boys and his family. They all reside in the Raleigh area. Having grown up on and around farms he likes to make attempts at small gardening even though he will tell you he must have missed the line for a green thumb.
Anthony started his career within the food and retail industry growing into multi-unit management. It was there that the importance of people, processes, and performance took root. He realized that there was never going to be success in any business if there were not established core values and the sight on the future.
Through this he developed his passion for training and spent 15 years in the training role is some facet within retail. He then transitioned over into the automotive industry because he enjoyed the constant change of customer needs. He has done sales and finance with a strong focus on the BDC business. He believes in strengthening the core competencies of the people in the dealership. Carrying a united vision that raises the level of service within the dealership. Focus on the successes of our actions to make the most of every opportunity to achieve our metrics together.
